Shipping
All orders ship from warehouses inside the United States. We do not drop parcels from overseas and call it fulfillment.

Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. Central on a business day are usually handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday ship Monday. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as a label is scanned.
Oversized items
The Step-Up Car Ramp, Orthopedic Deck Bed (X-Large), and Fold-Flat Travel Crate ship in their own carton and may arrive separately from the rest of an order. That is normal and does not mean part of your order is missing.
During named storms
If a named storm affects our warehouse or your delivery area, carriers pause service. We will email you rather than let a tracking number sit silent. Storm-Ready Pet Pack orders get priority handling before landfall when we can manage it.
Returns
30 days, unused, original packaging. No restocking fee.
- Wrong size? We cover shipping on the first exchange. Email us the order number and the size you need.
- Defective or damaged on arrival? Send a photo within 14 days and we replace it at our cost. Do not ship it back until we ask.
- Changed your mind? Return within 30 days unused and we refund the item price. Return shipping is $8.95, deducted from the refund.
What we cannot take back
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on used paw boots, used cooling vests, or the Sure-Step Floor Grips once the adhesive backing has been removed. If one of those genuinely failed, contact us anyway — a defect is a different conversation than a return.
How to start a return
Email help@anchordogco.com with your order number and a sentence about what happened. We reply within one business day. There is no return portal to fight with.
